The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Low Current Systems and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic customer relationships.As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7 Sales Executives, developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.7–10+ years of sales experience, including experience in a sales leadership role.Proven experience in selling Low Current Systems/products.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.Proven ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.Willingness to relocate to Tunisia.
