Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Efficiently controlling for the budget.Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning.
Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.
Partner with business units to align financial plans with strategic objectives.

Management ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Monthly reporting for Actual Vs Budget.Deliver high-quality financial dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership.
Provide clear commentary on financial results, risks, and opportunities.

Financial Control & AccuracyEnsure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems and reports.
Collaborate with accounting teams to validate financial results.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes from an FP&A perspective.

Strategic SupportSupport long-term strategic planning and investment decisions.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling.
Evaluate business cases, capital expenditures, and new initiatives.

Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key finance business partner to operational and executive teams.
Present financial insights to senior management and board members.
Coordinate with external auditors and consultants when required.
6.
Systems & Process ImprovementEnhance financial planning tools, reporting systems, and automation.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and reporting efficiency.
3–5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
SkillsAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP)Excellent communication and presentation skills.
