About the role
Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties.Explain property features, prices, and payment plans.Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.Schedule meetings and accompany clients on property visits.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Coordinate with developers to get updated project information and offers.Update client information in the CRM system.Attend training sessions and work with the sales team to achieve targets.
Candidates should demonstrate strong interest in the real estate field and the ability to learn core Real Estate and Real Property concepts quickly.Candidates should possess customer-focused skills, including Customer Service capabilities and a consultative approach to understanding client needs.Candidates should have an aptitude for Sales, including basic persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills, even if they have limited practical experience.Candidates with a Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one are preferred, where applicable by local regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently in person and over the phone.Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.High level of motivation, professionalism, and integrity, with a willingness to work on-site and meet performance targets.Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and the ability to organize client data and follow-up activities effectively.
