About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Fresh Sales Real Estate Person, with no prior experience required.
The role involves engaging potential buyers, introducing them to available properties and projects, and supporting them through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, delivering property presentations, following up on leads, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating with the sales team and management.
The person in this role will learn how to match client needs with suitable developments, handle basic customer service inquiries, and participate in ongoing training to build professional sales and real estate knowledge.
Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company processes and ethical standards are expected.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and active listening.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and support clients throughout the buying journey.Candidates should possess basic Sales skills or a strong interest in developing sales capabilities, including negotiation and persuasive presentation.Candidates should possess a willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning, adapting quickly to new information and sales techniques.Candidates should possess an interest in Sales Management concepts, such as organizing pipelines, following procedures, and working toward targets.Additional beneficial qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred), strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, basic computer and CRM literacy, and fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.Motivation to build a career in real estate, the ability to work on-site in New Cairo, reliability in attendance, and a results-oriented mindset are highly valued.
