About the role
This is a full-time, entry-level position for a Fresh Real Estate Agent at The Address Investments, based on-site in Cairo.
Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing tailored recommendations based on client needs, and maintaining relationships with clients and developers to offer competitive property deals.
The role involves market research, property tours, and ensuring a seamless experience for every client from inquiry to deal closure.
Strong customer service and sales skills are key to succeeding in this role.
Experience or certification in Real Estate and possession of a valid Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain oneDemonstrated skills in Customer Service and Real Property managementSales experience with a focus on client-centered approaches and relationship-buildingProactive mindset, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site at the Cairo office and adhere to a full-time scheduleFluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirablePassion for the real estate industry and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
