About the role
• Prepare and review quantity take-offs for architectural and structural works.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
• Review shop drawings and compare with BOQ.
• Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractors’ invoices and variations.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
• Track project progress and cost deviations.
• Assist in tendering, pricing, and contract administration.
• Ensure all work complies with contract documents and specifications.
• Prepare cost reports and financial updates.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (Site-based).
• Strong experience in architectural and structural works.
• Very good knowledge of BOQ, contracts, and cost control.
• Experience in reviewing drawings and extracting quantities.
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
