About the role
• Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
• Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and assisting with candidate screening.
• Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to improve workplace efficiency.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational needs.
• Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• prepare Rules of Procedure match with the Institution work flow .
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.Prepare Employees ‘ Job Description after coordinate with the School Admin
• Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
• Main KPI/Bonus is linked to the "Retention Rate" and new hires passing the 3-month probation period successfully.
• 2-4 years of experience in a human resources Manager or related HR role.
• Excellent Recruitment experience is A MUST
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve employee issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Giza and Nearby residents are a must.
