Overview:As an Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer, you will be at the forefront of our system implementation, guiding businesses through the entire Odoo implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering and analysis to configuration, testing, and go-live.Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand client processes, identify pain points, and propose optimal Odoo solutions.Configure Odoo modules (especially accounting and finance) to align with client business requirements.Provide expert guidance and best practices on Odoo functionalities and financial management processes.Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.Conduct comprehensive user training sessions to ensure successful adoption and proficiency.Collaborate closely with technical teams for any custom development or integrations.Support clients post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion within scope and budget.
Skills & Technologies:This role demands a blend of strong functional knowledge and practical implementation experience.
You will be working extensively with: Odoo ERP, Accounting principles, Financial Management tools, Business Analysis methodologies, and various ERP implementation best practices.
