Junior Civil QS Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Quantity Surveyor Engineer. The successful candidate will assist in cost estimation, contract administration, and project measurement for construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentsSupport in measuring quantities from drawings and siteTrack project costs and ensure budget complianceAssist in evaluating subcontractor quotationsSupport in managing contracts, claims, and variationsAttend site visits and liaise withUpdate and maintain engineers, architects, and contractorsn project cost records and reportsParticipate in progress valuations and monthly payment applicationsWork closely with senior QS engineers and project managers Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a mustFamiliarity with construction drawings, materials, and methodsBasic knowledge of contract types (FIDIC is a plus)Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX, PlanSwift, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a mustFamiliarity with construction drawings, materials, and methodsBasic knowledge of contract types (FIDIC is a plus)Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX, PlanSwift, or similar)
