Overview: Lead the technical documentation and coordination efforts for diverse construction and civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
Responsibilities:Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents using AutoCAD Architecture and other relevant software.Perform accurate quantity surveying and contribute to cost estimation for various project components.Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and progress reports.Assist in the resolution of technical issues that arise during construction, proposing effective and innovative solutions.Ensure all project documentation is meticulously organized and accessible, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Office.Skills/Technologies: You will be leveraging your proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture for detailed design work and Microsoft Office for robust documentation and reporting.

Experience & Expertise:A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Technical Office Engineer role, preferably within the construction, civil, or architecture engineering sectors.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, on-site environment.Technical Prowess:Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture is a must, with a strong portfolio showcasing your drafting and design capabilities.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, scheduling, and data analysis.Solid understanding of construction documentation, quantity surveying, and project coordination principles.Essential Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.Career Level: This role is ideal for an Experienced professional eager to take on significant responsibilities and contribute to high-impact projects.
