Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Talent & Organizational Development Manager to lead talent management and organizational development initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
The role will partner closely with business leaders to develop high-performing teams, leadership capabilities, and sustainable talent pipelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement talent management strategies.Lead performance management processes.Design learning and development programs.Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.Develop competency frameworks and career paths.Lead employee engagement initiatives.Support organizational design and change management projects.Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps.Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvement initiatives.Ensure HR programs align with organizational strategy.
bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of HR experience.Minimum 3 years in Organizational Development or Talent Management leadership.Strong experience in performance management and succession planning.Knowledge of competency frameworks and organizational design.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
