About the role
• Supervising and monitoring the site labor and the work of any subcontractors.
• Review, comment and make recommendations on the construction methodology.
• Planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
• Handle site-related issues as required.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Coordinate with different Departments to Monitor and control the work progress to ensure that the quality of the work is meeting project specifications.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture major.- (7-10) years of experience in commercial projects is a must.
