About the role
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of ACMS projects across our partner factory network.
You’ll coordinate stakeholders, align deliverables, and drive measurable improvements in capacity, cost, and service performance, ensuring every initiative moves forward on time, within scope, and in line with our operational excellence standards. What You’ll DoCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders across operations, quality, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver on ACMS commitments.
Champion Lean Manufacturing adoption across partner factories to improve throughput, reduce costs, and elevate service levels.
Lead projects that resolve bottlenecks and scale production toward agreed volume targets.
Track KPIs at the factory level to ensure compliance with contractual service commitments.
Deliver clear, structured updates to keep both K-Line and partner leadership aligned and informed.About ACMSACMS is K-Line's business unit focused on building and operating aligner manufacturing ecosystems through partner factories worldwide.
Instead of owning production assets, ACMS leverages existing manufacturing capacity, implements operational excellence, and ensures aligner factories deliver higher volumes, lower costs, and improved SLAs. ACMS works closely with factory teams, local brand owners, and K-Line's central operations to design, launch, and optimise production models.Purpose of the RoleEnsure the successful execution of ACMS projects across partner factories by coordinating all stakeholders, aligning deliverables, and driving improvements in capacity, cost, and SLA.
Guarantee that all initiatives under ACMS move forward on time, within scope, and in line with K-Line's operational excellence standards.Scope & Authority
• Coverage: ACMS factories and partner sites, across K-Line's global manufacturing network.
• Functional leadership: Coordinate with factory leadership, K-Line central teams, and partner brand stakeholders — driving outcomes through influence and structured project governance rather than direct hierarchical authority.Core Workstreams & Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Align stakeholders across operations, quality, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver ACMS commitments.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure partner factories adopt Lean Manufacturing principles to achieve balanced throughput, lower costs, and SLA improvements.
• Capacity Scaling: Oversee projects that unlock bottlenecks and scale output toward agreed volume targets.
• Contract Performance: Monitor KPIs per factory and ensure compliance with service-level commitments under ACMS agreements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate structured updates and ensure transparency with both K-Line and partner management teams.

• Proven experience coordinating with outsourced, third-party, or partner factories (vendor-side project management), rather than internal teams only.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM).
• Demonstrated track record of resolving production bottlenecks and scaling output against volume targets, supported by measurable results.
• Experience monitoring and reporting factory-level KPIs (capacity, cost, SLA/quality) and managing contract-based performance commitments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and results across teams and organisations without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfort operating across cultures and multiple sites/geographies.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel to partner factory sites as required.Key Competencies
• Influence & stakeholder management without direct hierarchical authority.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making with strong KPI ownership.
• Structured project governance: planning, tracking, and transparent reporting.
• Problem-solving orientation, particularly around capacity and throughput bottlenecks.
• Cross-cultural collaboration across a global, multi-site partner network.
