About the role
Issuing warranty approvals for cases that require it.- Creating warranty repair orders.- Receiving replaced parts after reviewing the warranty repair order.- Processing warranty claims.- Organizing the warehouse and labeling parts with identification cards.- Sending technical requests to the manufacturer for approvals when needed.- Responsible for periodic warranty recalls.
