About the role
Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.Monitor and track vehicle locations, routes, and schedules using fleet management systems.Take full responsibility for the movement department’s assets and vehicle handovers.Track fuel consumption, review mileage, and implement cost-saving measures.Coordinate daily routes for line drivers and monitor their performance and attendance.Schedule routine maintenance and ensure all vehicle licenses are up to date.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.0-2 years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation management.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple vehicles and routes.Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with drivers and internal teams.Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and regulatory compliance.
