Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and shape effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to craft engaging job postings and create employer branding materials to attract top talent.Talent Acquisition Cycle: Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements.Talent Networking: Actively build and maintain a candidate network through job boards, social media, and industry events to create a robust talent pipeline.Data Management: Organize and update candidate data in trackers to support efficient recruitment workflows.Candidate Support: Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from application to offer acceptance.Continuous Learning: Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve recruitment processes.
educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Science or Communication major is a plus.Experience: 3-7 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office for accurate record maintenance.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English for professional communication.Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, job boards, and effective recruitment strategies.
