Regulatory Affairs SpecialistCairo, Egypt | On-site | Entry to Junior LevelAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Cairo.
This role sits at the center of our compliance function, ensuring our dietary supplement and pharmaceutical products meet all regulatory requirements from registration through to market.
You will work closely with regulatory authorities, internal teams, and external partners to keep our product pipeline compliant and moving.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit regulatory documents for dietary supplement registrationManage product registrations, renewals, and post-approval variationsEnsure compliance with local and international regulations covering ingredients, claims, and labelingAct as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and respond to their inquiries in a timely mannerReview product labels, packaging, and marketing materials for regulatory accuracyPrepare and organize documentation required for product registration, renewal, and customs clearanceMaintain accurate, audit-ready regulatory files and recordsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to align on submission timelinesMonitor changes in local and international regulatory frameworks and flag any impact on current productsSupport the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols where relevant
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related fieldStrong understanding of pharmaceutical and dietary supplement regulations (local experience with the Egyptian Drug Authority is a plus)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with regulatory bodiesAbility to manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
