About the role
Provide comprehensive Hardware & Software technical support to company employees, with a primary focus on engineers and designers in the Design Department. Install, activate, update, and troubleshoot engineering and graphic design applications to ensure maximum stability (Software Support). Inspect, maintain, assemble, and configure computer systems and peripherals, while resolving physical component failures (Hardware Support). Manage, log, and resolve daily IT support tickets systematically. Technical Qualifications & Skills: Strong, proven experience in troubleshooting both Hardware & Software issues. In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting and resolving application errors for: Engineering Software: AutoCAD, Revit, and FluidFlow. Graphic Design Software: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Professional familiarity with high-end workstations, advanced GPU configurations, and rendering-related technical issues
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or Desktop Support. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good documentation skills. Good command of English. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
