Administrative Assistant & Translator (Arabic–Chinese)

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Translator to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating official documents, interpreting during meetings, managing office administration, coordinating support staff, and assisting with daily company operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a high sense of responsibility.General Scope of Work:Translate official documents from Arabic to Chinese and vice versa.Interpret in meetings between Arabic and Chinese.Organize, archive, and manage documents (both digital and physical).Receive guests, answer and transfer external calls.Manage office supplies and consumables.Handle daily administration of the workplace and office environment.Coordinate schedules and tasks for drivers, security, cleaning staff, and facilitate translation on the production line between Chinese and Egyptian staff.Assist in office management tasks, event organization, and resource coordination.Arrange and support company meetings, recruitment activities, and reception duties.Perform other duties assigned by the manager. Hard-working, passionate, and devoted.Must strictly follow working hours (no late arrivals or early departures).Maintain strict confidentiality of company information and intellectual property.Respect cultural and religious diversity; resolve conflicts peacefully.Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and teamwork.Comply with company policies and maintain a positive attitude.Strong communication and organizational skills.Fluency in Arabic and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must; English is a plus.
