About the role
A Technical Office Manager oversees the technical office team and ensures the successful planning, coordination, and execution of engineering documentation, design reviews, quantity surveying, and project support activities.
The role acts as a bridge between engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.Supervise and support administrative staff, receptionists, and office assistants.Develop and implement office policies and procedures.Coordinate office maintenance, equipment, and facility management.Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of office supplies.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.Maintain office records, filing systems, and confidential documents.Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment of office supplies.Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and administrative standards.Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records (as applicable).Prepare administrative reports and performance metrics for management.Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and reduce operating costs.
