Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in 6th of October.
The role involves overseeing HR operations such as hiring and recruitment, employee relations, implementing HR policies, managing HR processes, and maintaining compliance.
The Human Resources Executive will also play a critical role in fostering positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.
4–5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or related roles, with demonstrated experience across HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementationsProficiency in HR Operations and Employee RelationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to enforce and maintain compliance with workplace regulationsProven ability to support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processesBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldKnowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices requiredFluency in Arabic and English
