About the role
Act as the focal point for liquidity planning for all country segments, reporting and analysis with close alignment with the FP&A team.Generate segment and country cash flow reports, coordinating with segment treasury teams and other stakeholders to understand incoming and outgoing cash flows.Gather, understand, and analyze data from multiple sources to produce liquidity reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.Reconcile liquidity changes and effectively communicate key drivers.Keep track of and update cross-financing of segments, and support accounting and treasury to maintain accurate records of such transactions.Utilize visualization tools to create useful reports and dashboards.Ensure standardization and optimization of finance costs and bank charges across the segments to best take advantage of scale.Support senior leadership with relevant reports as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;
MBA, CFA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or equivalent professional qualification preferred.5-7years of progressive finance/treasury experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or cement/heavy industry sectors.Demonstrated experience in trade finance instruments (LCs, guarantees, documentary collections).Experience managing intercompany financing structures across multiple entities or group companies.Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP systems (SAP), and banking portals.
