About the role
Lead the corporate MRP process for all plants.Develop and maintain material planning policies and procedures.Review and validate MRP outputs to ensure planning accuracy.Monitor material shortages.Ensure coding unifications across plants and all related matters.Optimize inventory levels while maintaining target service levels.Determine safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment strategies.Ensure material availability to meet production schedules.Analyze slow-moving, excess, obsolete, and non-moving inventory.Lead inventory optimization initiatives.Recommend stock transfers between plants when required.Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely purchasing.Work closely with Warehouses to maintain inventory accuracy.Collaborate with Logistics regarding inbound material deliveries.Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activitiesEnsure SAP MRP master data accuracy, including (Lead times, Safety stock, Lot sizes, Reorder points)Lead continuous enhancement of planning parameters.Lead, coach, and develop the corporate material planning team.Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain or Material Planning.At least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.Experience managing MRP in a multi-site organization is highly preferred.SAP knowledge is a mustFluent English.Inventory optimization techniquesAPICS CPIM is preferable.
