About the role
We are seeking a qualified Technical Office Engineer – Architectural / Civil to join our team for a residential buildings finishing project located in 6th of October City.The selected candidate will be responsible for:Preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs and project measurements.Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating shop drawings.Reviewing drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.Preparing and reviewing subcontractor and client interim payment certificates.Coordinating between architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines.Following up on technical submittals, material approvals, and RFIs.Communicating and coordinating with the consultant and project management team.Supporting the site team in resolving technical issues.Monitoring drawing revisions and ensuring that the latest approved documents are used on site.Participating in technical meetings and following up on required actions.Working effectively within the project team and contributing to timely project delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.Graduates of 2022, 2023, or 2024.Good experience in quantity surveying, shop drawings, and technical office activities.Good knowledge of finishing works and residential building projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to deal professionally with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.Preferably residing in 6th of October City or Giza.
