Job SummaryWe are hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by targeting corporate customers with fleets. The role will focus on prospecting, building relationships, managing key accounts, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring consistent sales performance across fleet customers (e.g., logistics, delivery services, construction, transportation companies, and corporate vehicle operators).The ideal candidate is a strong B2B sales professional with experience in fleet/vehicle-related industries, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage opportunities end-to-end—from lead generation through contract closure and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target corporate customers with fleets for YourParts products and services.Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to meet/exceed revenue targets.Build relationships with key stakeholders (fleet managers, procurement officers, maintenance heads, operations leaders).Create and manage the full sales cycle:Prospecting and outreachQualification and needs assessmentProposal/quote preparation (with support if needed)Negotiation and contract closureOrder follow-up and transition to account servicingMaintain accurate pipeline management in CRM (opportunities, stages, forecasts, activity tracking).Conduct product/service presentations tailored to fleet needs (cost savings, uptime, parts availability, service reliability).Manage pricing, promotions, and commercial proposals to support margin and profitability goals.Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, operations, procurement/warehouse, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time fulfillment.Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (new SKUs, bundled offerings, maintenance programs, spare parts programs).Ensure consistent reporting: weekly pipeline updates, monthly forecast, account performance tracking.Represent YourParts at meetings, fleet events, and industry networking opportunities (as applicable).
Requirements / Qualifications3+ years of B2B sales experience (corporate accounts preferred).Experience selling to fleet customers or related industries (automotive/industrial/transport/logistics is an advantage).Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.Strong understanding of consultative sales, negotiation, and account management.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.Ability to work independently, prioritize accounts, and manage multiple opportunities.Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools (training may be provided if needed).Skills & CompetenciesConsultative selling and strong value-based selling.Negotiation and contract discussion skills.Relationship building and stakeholder management.Strong organizational skills and pipeline discipline.Customer-focused mindset with long-term account orientation.Commercial awareness (pricing, margins, profitability).
