Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily business operations, communications, and executive priorities. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.Handle business correspondence, emails, and professional communication in English.Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and international partners.Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documents.Follow up on action items and ensure execution of management decisions across departments.Organize travel arrangements, reservations, and business schedules when required.Assist in project coordination and monitor progress on strategic initiatives.Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.Support administrative and operational activities as directed by the CEO.Conduct online research and gather information to support business decisions.
