Experience That Excites Us: A robust 5-10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial capacity, specifically within wiring harness production.Managerial Prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage complex production schedules, and drive operational excellence at a Manager career level.Core Competencies:Profound expertise in Production Engineering and optimizing complex Manufacturing Processes.A proven track record of successfully implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve process improvements and cost reductions.Comprehensive knowledge of Wiring Harness Assembly and related quality standards.Strong capabilities in Quality Control and ensuring product integrity.Demonstrated success in Team Leadership and developing production personnel.Solid experience in Project Management, from planning to execution.Ability to manage Supply Chain Management aspects related to production.A keen eye for Process Optimization and efficiency gains.Understanding and adherence to Safety Regulations in a manufacturing setting.Competence in Inventory Management to support production flow.Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
