Personnel Administration Section HeadJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Personnel Administration Section Head to lead the Personnel Administration function across our group of companies. The successful candidate will oversee employee administration, attendance, payroll support, contracts, personnel records, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving processes, and delivering high-quality employee services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the Personnel Administration team and daily operations.Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, contract administration, employee data management, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.Oversee attendance, leave administration, overtime verification, and payroll inputs.Ensure employee records, contracts, and personnel files are accurate, complete, and up to date.Coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, and department managers to ensure smooth execution of personnel processes.Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.Prepare and review personnel reports, headcount reports, and HR operational metrics.Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance controls, and support HR digital transformation initiatives.Ensure timely response to employee administrative requests and official documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Personnel Administration or HR Operations.At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.Strong knowledge of personnel administration, payroll processes, attendance management, and labor law.Experience using HRIS/ERP systems and attendance management systems.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
