About the role
Monitor vehicle operations using OBC systems, tracking tools, and real-time dashboards.Identify, document, and escalate violations promptly.Prepare daily availability reports, track stoppages, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure accurate real-time vehicle status.Register and classify violations according to severity levels (alerts/alarms).Ensure accurate reporting of all violations within monitoring systems.Follow up with relevant stakeholders (Fleet, Transport, Dispatch) to ensure corrective actions are implemented.Conduct regular spot checks on road trucks to ensure route adherence, delivery accuracy, and driving compliance.Monitor in-cabin camera systems to detect unsafe driving behaviors and review related events.Monitor OBC devices and report any malfunctions or disconnections across fleet and FOB units.Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth operations.Track drivers’ attendance, shifts, and schedules, including follow-up on late arrivals and unplanned absences.Support investigations and reporting related to ATG and E-Finance system issues.Perform monthly truck mileage closing based on ETIT system data, highlighting abnormal mileage variances.Track and report product shortages at stations during receipt.Coordinate with EGPC and MOP when required regarding depot stock updates on a daily basis.
Bachelor’s degree.0–3 years of experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of tracking systems, OBC, and monitoring tools.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
