-BA Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.-5-7 years of demonstrable experience as an IT specialist or in technical support, network administration, or a related role.-Proficiency in operating systems Microsoft Windows and network technologies.-Knowledge of network administration protocols, firewalls, and IT security best practices.-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.-Familiarity with IT help desk systems and ticketing tools.-Relevant professional certifications, like CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).-Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V.-Working knowledge of engineering software and IT systems integration.
