About the role
We are looking for an operational leader with strong experience in managing teams and supervising team leaders, to ensure that all operational stages are executed according to the approved standards and procedures. The company has a clear operating system and internal applications that track workflow stages and measure production rates through dashboards and reports. Therefore, the main role of the Operations Manager is to lead execution, enforce discipline, monitor performance, and achieve the required results with quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities:Monitor the daily workflow inside the factory and ensure that all operational stages run smoothly.Manage and follow up with supervisors responsible for the working teams.Ensure that supervisors and workers comply with operating instructions and quality standards.Track production and compliance indicators through dashboards and reports.Analyze the reasons behind low performance or failure to achieve targets, and identify the real root cause of the problem.Follow up on corrective actions and ensure that mistakes are not repeated.Intervene when there is weak compliance or disruption in the workflow.Ensure the proper use of the system and internal applications.Monitor organization, cleanliness, and safety standards inside the factory.Train and guide supervisors and team members on best work practices.Hold regular meetings to review performance, challenges, and work priorities.Coordinate maintenance, equipment, and operational resource needs.Report observations and problems to management in a clear and organized manner.Contribute to improving operating procedures and increasing performance efficiency.Prepare the team for peak seasons and future operational expansions.
Required Qualifications and ExperiencePrevious experience in managing an operations team or a large working team.Experience in supervising supervisors or team leaders.Strong ability to manage people through systems, follow-up, and accountability.Experience in applying work procedures and enforcing standards.Ability to read reports and follow performance indicators.Good ability to work with operating systems and internal applications.Experience in operational environments that depend on teams and supervisors is preferred, such as hotels, housekeeping, large restaurants, warehouses, factories, or operational service centers.Previous experience in carpet cleaning is not required.
