Oversee the daily operations of the bookkeeping departmentSupervise and guide bookkeepers in their tasks and responsibilitiesReview and verify financial statements and records for accuracyManage accounts payable and receivable processesEnsure compliance with accounting principles and company policiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsConduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepanciesCoordinate with others to obtain and provide financial dataTrain and mentor new bookkeeping staffFacilitate the implementation of new financial systems and softwareMonitor cash flow and financial transactionsResolve accounting issues and discrepancies in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and errorsAssist in budget preparation and financial planningLiaise with external auditors during audits
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.( IFRS certificate , CMA Certificate ) is prefer.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously;More than 8 years of experience in bookkeeping or accountingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven track record of supervision and team leadershipFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in bookkeepingExperience in handling tax filing.Attention to detail and high degree of accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
