About the role
Supervise and manage the installation of earthing, grounding, and lightning protection systems.Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for site activities.Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues before they impact project progress.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements.Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required.Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical construction, contracting, or site engineering.Experience in earthing, grounding, lightning protection, or electrical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and site execution.Strong knowledge of invoices and all related financial processes.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage site teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Valid driving license is an advantage.Willingness to travel to project sites as a must.
