Public Relations Executive

VOYA is looking for a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Secretary & Public Relations Officer to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will act as the main communication link between management and employees while supporting business growth through partnerships, catering contracts, and branch development opportunities.This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, business awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage communication and coordination between management and staffOrganize schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and daily administrative operationsHandle professional communications with clients, partners, and suppliersBuild and maintain strong business relationships and partnershipsSupport in securing catering deals and corporate contractsAssist in expanding VOYA branches and business opportunitiesRepresent management professionally during meetings and external communicationsPrepare reports, updates, and operational follow-ups when neededEnsure smooth workflow and problem-solving across departments Previous experience in administration, public relations, hospitality, business development, or related fieldsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsFluent English speaking and writing is requiredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional appearance and confident personalityAbility to work under pressure and handle responsibilities efficientlyStrong networking and relationship-building skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferably has experience or connections in catering, events, restaurants, or hospitality sectorsLeadership mindset with strong follow-up and coordination skillsFlexible with work locations and operational needs Work Location: Nasr City & Zamalek Immediate Hiring Available
