An Office Operations Manager is a role responsible for the daily functioning of an international IT company's office in Cairo. This individual will serve as the on-the-ground leader, responsible for successfully launching and supporting the new office (250+ employees), managing all operational aspects, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality work environment. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesHandling office-related issuesAct as the primary point of contact for all employee operational needs and ensure rapid, effective resolution of day-to-day office issues (equipment, supplies, facilities). Be in charge of office arrangement, employee attendance, etc.Establishing connections and support relationships with third partiesProactively manage vendor relationships (suppliers, landlord, service providers) to ensure optimal service levels and cost-efficiency.Office administrators team managementBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Office Administrators, setting operational standards and overseeing daily activities. Candidate RequirementsVibe: high level of proactivity, fast implementor, a leader with a broad outlook.Experience: relevant and diverse experience. Must have a proven track record (3+ years) of successfully establishing or maintaining an office.Skills & Attributes:Comprehensive knowledge of the office landscape.Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.A high degree of autonomy and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, start-up environment.Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Will be a plusUkrainian/Russian proficiency.
