As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience, representing our company's professional image.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Answer and efficiently direct incoming phone calls.Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.Support internal teams with clerical and coordination duties as needed.Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements: Female, with a presentable and professional appearance.Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Fluent in English.Near Geographic location resident to New Cairo are most preferred.
