About the role
Tunnel Solution is a digital agency based in Bahrain, specializing in social media management, content creation, branding, digital marketing, and website development for clients across different industries.We are looking for a talented Arabic Content Writer who can adapt English content into natural, engaging, and professional Arabic. This role is not limited to direct translation — we need someone who can understand the message, brand tone, and audience, then rewrite the content in Arabic in a clear and creative way.ResponsibilitiesWrite Arabic captions for social media posts.Adapt English content into natural Arabic copy.Create Arabic post copy for social media campaigns, reels, carousels, and static posts.Write Arabic subtitles for short videos, reels, testimonials, and social media content.Proofread Arabic content to ensure correct grammar, spelling, and tone.Work on different client accounts across industries such as events, hospitality, corporate, lifestyle, luxury, and digital services.Follow brand guidelines and adapt the writing style based on each client’s tone of voice.Coordinate with the Tunnel Solution team for feedback and revisions.Deliver content on time according to monthly content calendars.
RequirementsExcellent Arabic writing skills.Good understanding of English content.Ability to interpret and rewrite content, not just translate word-for-word.Experience in social media captions, copywriting, or content writing.Strong grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.Ability to write in different tones: professional, elegant, promotional, corporate, friendly, and creative.Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, reels, and short-form content.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content tasks.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience with a digital agency, marketing agency, or social media team.Experience writing for GCC or and Bahraini slang.Experience with subtitles or video scripts.Ability to write both Modern Standard Arabic and audience-friendly Arabic depending on the brand
