Exceptional Leadership: A proven track record of 8-20 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Development, with significant time spent in a Senior Management role.Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement impactful OD and HR strategies that align with business objectives.Required Skills: Mastery in Organizational Development (OD) principles and practices, comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions, proficiency in Talent Development, expertise in Recruitment Strategy, a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D), and advanced skills in Data Analysis for informed decision-making. Experience with Strategic Planning, Change Management, Performance Management, and Leadership Development is essential.Educational Background: A relevant Bachelor's degree is expected, with a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPTM) highly advantageous.Career Level Expectations: This role is for a seasoned professional ready to operate at a Senior Management level, influencing organizational direction and leading complex initiatives.Location Commitment: Ability to work on-site in Gharbia, Egypt is a fundamental requirement.
