About the role
We are looking for a highly presentable Executive Assistant with around 5–6 years of experience supporting top management and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a modern, energetic, and highly professional presence, with the ability to confidently communicate and coordinate with executives, department heads, and international stakeholders, including teams in Greece. This role is focused on executive support and coordination, not traditional office management, although candidates with Office Management experience may still be considered if they have strong exposure to senior leadership. The candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience in handling calendars, meetings, presentations, reports, and executive communication in a fast-paced professional environment is highly preferred. The role offers exposure to high-level business operations within a collaborative and professional work environment, with opportunities for long-term growth and development.
