About the role
Track, calculate, and report the factory Quality Index Score, and lead initiatives to improve it. Improve, Maintain and update quality management system documentation (SOPs, work instructions, forms) across factory departments Control issuance, revision, and archiving controlled documents and records according to document control procedures Support internal audits across factory areas and help verify compliance with quality procedures Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions until closure Coordinate with department heads to ensure procedures are properly implemented Assist in preparing documentation for external/customer audits Support training sessions on quality procedures and document control practices Track and report basic quality KPIs to the Quality Manager Support quality improvement initiatives (5S, process improvements) as assigned
Education preferred: Bachelor’s Engineering/Science or related field Min Years of experience: 1-3 years of experience Training / Certificate preferred: ISO 9001 internal auditor, Lean/Six SigmaStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingProblem-solving (root cause analysis, CAPA mindset)Communication skills (cross-functional coordination with stakeholders)Teamwork and ability to LearnInitiative and ownership.
