Schedule and create a timely record of important meetings and agendas ensuring fluent corporate functioning.Draft correspondence such as emails and lettersCoordinate with the financial teams regarding any financial matters.Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, ..etc.Handle reservations including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
Ideal Candidate should be graduated from a language school followed by a university degree.Females only5-6 years of experience in a similar positionFluent English & Arabic both written and spoken.High computer skills proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to type in both Arabic and English at an acceptable speed and adequate formatting skills
