About the role
✔ Supervise and manage Technical Office activities and review engineering drawings and technical specifications.✔ Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).✔ Monitor and follow up on the plant's raw material requirements.✔ Coordinate with local and international suppliers and track shipments.✔ Prepare inventory, consumption, and future demand reports.✔ Coordinate between the factory and different departments to ensure smooth operations.✔ Proactively identify and report any risks that may affect production continuity or raw material availability.
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in Technical Office functions and industrial projects.✔ Proven experience in raw material planning, inventory control, and supplier follow-up.✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.✔ Strong reporting, coordination, and priority management skills. Preferred:✔ Previous experience in steel manufacturing, heavy industry, or industrial plants.✔ Hands-on experience in managing operational raw materials, supplier coordination, and inventory monitoring.
