About the role
Lead and manage the maintenance department to ensure the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for critical equipment and facilities.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of tasks.Supervise, mentor, and support maintenance technicians and engineers.Collaborate with production and operations teams to address technical issues and improve plant performance.Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure equipment availability.Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
