Required Skills:Proven experience with ERP Systems and ERP Applications.Demonstrated ability in providing effective Technical Support.Strong capabilities in Troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.Familiarity with Database Management principles is a plus.Basic understanding of System Integration concepts.Exceptional Problem-Solving abilities and a proactive attitude.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Experience Requirements:1-3 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or IT-related role, preferably with ERP systems.Career Level Expectations:This is an exciting Entry Level opportunity for motivated individuals eager to kickstart their career in IT.
