Daily Cash Duties:1. Receive cash from customers against invoices2. Issue official receipts3. Store cash securely in the safe4. Accurately process cash disbursements and deliveries5. Reconcile cash balances at the end of the dayRecording Duties:1. Record all cash transactions in the designated ledgers2. Prepare daily cash statements3. Reconcile cash records with accounting records4. Maintain organized cash records5. Prepare cash flow reportsAuditing Duties:1. Participate in periodic cash counts2. Coordinate with the accountant to audit accounts3. Report any discrepancies or errors4. Implement internal control procedures5. Verify the accuracy of financial documentsAdministrative Duties:1. Manage and secure the safe2. Coordinate with banks for currency exchange3. Maintain records of different currencies4. Prepare cash replenishment requests5. Keep the safe area clean and organized
