Experience That Matters: A minimum of 1-3 years of dynamic experience in customer service, customer support, or a related client-facing role, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence.Master of Communication: Fluent in Polish and English (verbal and written communication skills) with a natural ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and empathetically.Problem-Solving Pro: Strong aptitude for troubleshooting, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving to navigate complex customer inquiries and technical issues.CRM Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools to efficiently manage interactions and data.Career Level: This role is ideal for an Experienced professional eager to take on new challenges and contribute significantly to our customer success initiatives.
