About the role
Review the architectural package with structural package and ensures that there are no contradictions.Maintaining organized and detailed project records.Participates in specs and standards preparation, preparing necessary barlists.Preparing ,structural workshop drawings, bill of quantities and coordination with Site.Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverable satisfy the construction requirements.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 3-7 years of experience in technical office work within construction projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, ASD, Revit, and other engineering programs.Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook).Experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.Experience in quantity take-off.Strong communication and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good English command (Reading - Writing - Speaking).
