About the role
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.Prepare pricing sheets and support tendering process.Follow up project progress through regular site visits.Ensure execution matches drawings and company standards.Monitor finishing quality, timelines, and site performance.Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers.Prepare periodic project status and follow-up reports.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Architecture) from university. Experience in construction or interior finishing projects.Strong knowledge of technical drawings and BOQs.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and site follow-up.
