About the role
Organize and coordinate students into learning groups based on their enrolled courses and preferred schedules.Review and verify student registration agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Follow up on student financial matters, including tuition payments and outstanding balances.Assist in reviewing and verifying the academy's employee payroll records.Provide support to students and resolve any technical or administrative issues they may encounter.
Highly organized with strong multitasking and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.Able to dedicate sufficient time to efficiently handle all assigned responsibilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
