Overview: As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales department. You will be the backbone of our sales team, handling a variety of administrative tasks that directly impact our sales targets and customer satisfaction. This on-site position offers a fantastic entry point into the world of sales and business administration. Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all operations run seamlessly.Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data within Salesforce CRM.Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other essential documents using Microsoft Office suite.Assist in tracking sales targets and contribute to achieving departmental goals.Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service support.Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.Manage office supplies and maintain an organized and efficient office environment.Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
Required Skills:Demonstrated proficiency in Administration and Office management.1-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an administrative or sales support capacity.Strong understanding of Sales processes and a keen eye for achieving Sales Targets.Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is highly advantageous.Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability in Data Entry with a high degree of accuracy.Exceptional Time Management and Organizational Skills.Strong Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.Outstanding Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
